About StudentSquare
North Country Supervisory Union and all schools utilizes the ParentSquare platform for staff and school-to-home communication to parents and the StudentSquare platform for communication to students.
The platform provides email, text, and app notifications for messages, along with calendars, sign-ups, and other features.
All messages are also available within StudentSquare, which can be accessed via an app or on a computer.
TO ACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT:
Download the app via the links on this page or go to the StudentSquare website at mystudentsquare.com/signin
Click "sign in with Google".
> GET MESSAGES YOUR WAY:
Choose Email, Text, and/or App Notification
Receive Instantly or Once a Day (Digest)
You may also configure your preferred language.
Note: Emergency alerts cannot be turned off.
> START RECEIVING COMMUNICATIONS:
Teachers, coaches, & club sponsors can use StudentSquare to share information, events, sign-ups and more.
Set Preferences for your account on the website
StudentSquare allows users to select their preferred language and notification delivery method. When a message is posted, users have the options to get an email, text or both email and text. Users can also decide if they want an Instant message or a Digest email that comes at 6:00 pm with all the messages for the day.
On the NCSU Links page, you will find a link to StudentSquare- https://www.mystudentsquare.com/signin.
Click the Sign in with Google button. Log in using your NCSU Google Account.
Click My Account under your name in the top right corner.
Click Language Setting or the Notification Settings to make changes.
Select your notification settings and click Save if you make any changes. To change to a Digest email where you receive one communication with the posts from the day, change your notification frequency at the bottom.
Set Preferences for your account on a Mobile device/app
After opening the app, log in by clicking the "Sign in with Google" button. Sign in using your NCSU Google account.
Notification Settings:
StudentSquare allows users to select their preferred notification delivery method. When a message is posted, users have the options to get an email, text, and/or app notification. Users can also decide if they want an instant email each time or a digest email that comes at 6:00 pm with all the messages for the day.
Here's how to set preferences for notifications:
Click on the 3 lines icon in the upper left corner.
Click Account.
Click Notifications.
You can create several preferences here.
Select or unselect your choices for receiving messages.
You can also choose to receive instant emails or one email digest at the end of the day (text messages and app notifications are always instant).
To change app push notification settings, visit settings on your phone.
iOS: Go to Notifications in your phone settings and select the StudentSquare app to turn app notifications on or off, and to select the style (banner, badge, sound, etc.)
Android: Go to Notifications in your phone settings and select the StudentSquare app to set the level of notifications.
