Sync or add your Google Calendar to Outlook

Go to Google Calendar
Click on the three dots next to your name
Open Settings and Sharing
Scroll down to Integrate Calendar Section
Copy the Public URL to the Calendar
Go to mail.ncsuvt.org
Login to your NCSU email account
Click on the calendar icon at the bottom of the screen
Click Add Calendar
Click Subscribe from web
Paste your copied URL from before here
Click on Import
